Rental Equipment

*Rent equipment from us and save $!* Whether you are hosting a graduation, birthday or anniversary party, planning a wedding, or celebrating any other occasion we can arrange everything you need in style!
	*Rental Polices* RESERVATIONS: We encourage you to reserve your rental equipment well in advance, especially during the busy summer and holiday seasons. This will ensure availability and allow ample time for your order to be delivered or picked up. A 50% deposit and a valid credit card is due at the time that you place your order. No order is confirmed until we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to delivery. We do accept cash, check and all major credit cards. IDENTIFICATION: A valid State issued ID is required to rent any item. TIME: All equipment rental charges are for TIME OUT, NOT TIME USED. Most prices quoted are for a one day (24 hours) charge. Weekday Rates are for Monday-Thurs. Weekend Rates are Friday-Sun. Rentals may be picked up after 1:00 P.M. the day before and returned the day after by 12:00 noon, at no additional charge. Long term rental rates are available. DAMAGES AND LATE FEES: Damages that occur while in the renters care is the responsibility of the renter. Late Fees will be applied to equipment that is not returned on time. LINENS: Any damages to the linens such as, but not limited to, severe stains, candle wax, chocolate, mildew, rips/tears and/or burn holes while in renters care will be subject to pay a cleaning and/or replacement fee. The cleaning fee is $10 per cloth. The replacement fee is four times the rental rate. Never put wet linens into a plastic bag. LOSS OR DAMAGE: Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery or pickup to time of return. Please be sure equipment is protected from weather and is secured when not in use. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
